Yes it's one of those days that I am making the most of my day... Baked brownies from scratch and cooking pork sinigang right now. Lately I've been feeling lazy about the usual stuffs i do.. can i blame it on the weather or should i blame my friend for being pregnant and feeling lazy as well? I don't know but lately I've been too lazy to go to the gym.... Been watching re-runs of old asian novela that i watched before. And now i am surprised that i was in the mood to write again here at my own blog... Sometimes media feels like a threat that i lost my interest on my own blog but then maybe i was just being lazy as usual hehehe! A photo of my son during our halloween party (above). After watching You're beautiful Korean drama a few weeks ago. I knew from the first episode that i was hooked. The drama was so addicting that i even up until now i am re-watching and listening to their songs. I even downloaded the songs on my phone... making it my ring tone and message alert tone. That was how i got hooked by the drama. I love JANG GEUN SUK so much! He's got so much talent and i truly love his character.

It is highly recommended for you peeps to watch YOU'RE BEAUTIFUL!

I just couldn't believe that such a drama would make me so addictve to it and would make me feel inspired. It just makes my day everytime i listen to their songs. I love A.N.JELL band!!! I want a PIGGY BUNNY too...

It has been a great week and most part of it was enjoyed walking outside and breathing the fresh air. I love Spring and Summer the most. Hopefully we'll start a whole new routine for Aiden and me since we'll be enrolling him to school for this year. A lot of errands to do for next week but then again i saw the weather for next week it will rain hmmm.. but still i'm hoping the sun would shine out again like it did this week.

I've been re-watching a lot of old dramas that i love. Oh yeah before i forget i did watched a korean movie 200 POUNDS BEAUTY... I love the movie! I just couldn't believe that it is only now that i came to watch it. Everyone who saw it was right it was a beautiful movie. The Actors had a lot of chemistry on-screen, the story itself made me sympathize and empathize with the characters. Although i was a bit disappointed in the ending i guess i wanted to see that they really end up with each other the main characters. I love the songs esp beautiful girl and maria. I was at Shoprite last Sunday and you know how I am whenever I see flowers especially roses. I just had to take a photo of it.
Today we (Lorie and Muah) baked Buttermilk Pound Cake and we did watched a movie. APT a Japanese horror movie. What a great way to spend the day. We had fun and so did Aiden lol!!!!

Yesterday we went to 555 Asian Supermarket and as I was browsing at the frozen section i saw this exotic meat. It was a duck's tongue and i couldn't imagine what kind of recipe do you used this for. Maybe I should ask Iron Chef to use this as a secret ingredient, what do you guys think????

hi guys! I've been busy with the usual being a stay at home mom plus i've got less time for FB since i have twitter nowadays and yes i have a new drama that i watch as i posted from the previous ones. Autumn's Concerto is still on going so i have to wait until Sunday is over then the upload with subs are out... That's what i have been busy with among the holidays. Cleaning the house and cooking etcetera.... etcetera.... etcetera.... hahaha!

2009 was lots of UPs and DOWNs for me but mostly i remember the good times. Let me forget the bad times and leave it with 2009. Let 2010 be an eye-opener for me... on the look out for the positive karma that i know will come my way. I've been so hooked up with FB and then comes a new drama in which you guys have seen the videos i uploaded. Yup AUTUMN'S CONCERTO and i love VANNESS WU... Also i've been so hooked up with TWITTER lately.

It's been awhile that I haven't been out to Manhattan and this time it happened. Lorie, Aiden and muah went to Rockefeller to see the christmas tree then to Bryant park where my favorite flea market was there. Then we saw the christmas tree and the ice skating rink. Then off to Timesquare which was so cool although it was a cold night. We ate at Applebee's and oh before i forget we did dropped by Sanrio.... I wanted to buy someting from there but i couldn't find anything that i really wanted. Anyway hopefully next time. I had fun with Lorie even with Aiden in tow. Synopsis

Easy Cornflake cookie

I was looking for a very simple recipe of making cookies and having in mind that I don't have enough ingredients at hand. When i found this recipe I immediately tried it and it was succesful. Peeps loved it. Still looking for new ways to add some ingredients to it.

I found out about this healthy snack from my cousin Mel. Since she was pregnant she needed a healthy snack and found this at an Asian supermarket. It consists of dried fruits and vegetables. It really is good for you.

Tiramisu

I saw this easy tiramisu recipe on TV and found it on the internet. I tried it and yes it was a success, Ian did liked it. I just might plan to do this recipe and bring it on a special occasion one of these days.

I also baked some muffcake as i call it. Pancakes that i turned it into muffin/cupcake recipe just added sugar and voila muffcake. I should had taken some photos but i forgot. That's for now peeps! Until next time....

I missed updating my blog and i've been so into FB (facebook) lately playing games that i completely ignored my blog as well as my dramas. Once you get in you just get addicted to it besides the fact that I can't just stay in front of the computer all the time since Aiden would be trying to squeeze in with me and would mention "watch Thomas": "watch Cars" etc... etc... etc...

I just had to blog now that I have a few moments before Aiden wakes up. I miss the simplicity of blogging and not being watched or stalked by peeps that I wouldn't want them to see the other side of me. I guess I share just a few sides of me in my blog and a few in FB. I'm afraid that someone would read it and figure out who I am... It's a scary thought that a lot of peeps can abuse the power of blogs specially for the kids nowadays.

I'll be trying to post photos next time. It feels good to blog again. I promise i would do so and less FB for me hahaha!!!

Time flies so fast it was just like yesterday that it was Aiden's 1st birthday but now he's 2 y/o. I've got lots of hopes and dreams for my little one. I do hope whatever he wants to be in the future he would get it and enjoy life as it is. It's has been awhile that i haven't blog at all. Been busy playing games at Facebook. I know I've been hooked and i did tell myself that this would be the last time i would be joining any websites. Hopefully will try to blog more and share more stuffs. Yesterday morning i was happy to find out that my cousin has given birth to a healthy baby boy. His name is Kayne Fule born on August 3, 2009 at 8:02 am 7.1 lbs and 19 inches. He's such a cute little angel. he reminded me of Aiden when he was born quiet and would only be crying if he was hungry or needed a diaper change. Everyone was excited to see him. The joys of motherhood.

Family picture time!!!

It was a good weekend enjoying it with my family and friends. We had a great time especially the kids. I was really happy that Ian could join us one of those gatherings worth remembering. He usually at work since he's the only one working for now but hopefully in the future i could be too. Anyway everyone had a great time and i was happy to see my brother it's been a long time. Life is good! Everyone's healthy and happy. It was Aiden's firsat time to go to the beach.The fireworks was spectacular though Aiden was afraid at first but then another factor is that he was sleepy and tired from playing all day. By the end of the fireworks he fell asleep.

I am looking forward to see my other cousin ate Jen with her husband Dhon since Dhon would be assigned in New York. That makes it easier for Ate Jen to join us in gatherings/parties etc... Oh yup i did try making Tiramisu and it passed Ian's taste buds. So i made another one and will try to post a photo of it in my next blog. Hoped everyone enjoyed 4th of July. A. Uncle Sam's Bakery Cafe has modified the American hamburger and uses kaiser rolls instead of regular burger buns. Uncle Sam's Signature Scrambled Sandwiches (NT$95) can be upgraded to a set menu for an additional NT$30, which gives you french fries and a soft drink.

In order to break the stereotypical American portion size, Uncle Sam's Bakery Cafe offers the Sam Junior Hamburger (NT$35), available in six flavors: Original Sam Junior, Mushroom, Spinach, Blue Cheese, Crab Paste, and Jalapeno. Sam Wang ( pinyin: Wáng Shào Wĕi) is a Taiwanese actor, singer and a model. Sam is a member of two Taiwanese groups 5566 and 183 Club. At one point, he played on the Taiwan national soccer team.

Sam Wang Shao Wei started playing Soccer when the class 3 primary schools started the Soccer program. His achievements in Soccer are equal to those in the entertainment field. He played 13 years of Soccer. Before his 5566 debut in 2002, every Soccer match in Taiwan both big and small, featured Wang Shao Wei on its players list. On June 26, 2002, Shao Wei became the Soccer coach for one of the community activities Soccer teams. Shao Wei showed some kung fu soccer steps. As an artist, he helped improve the positive reputation of Taiwanese Soccer. His managing company (Jungiery) worked with him to help balance his soccer and entertainment activities.

In 2004, Shao Wei released a book called 明星入門100招 (100 Ways To Become A Star).
In December 2007, Wang Shao Wei promoted 5566's album, Bravo, in Singapore.
In November 18, 2007, fans helped him celebrate his 31st birthday, and unexpectedly gave him a 2 million dollar Lexus Alphard as a birthday present. Wang Shao Wei turned down this gift, but took a picture of it as a remembrance. (It is reported that many Wang Shao Wei fans coming from wealthy family backgrounds. Tha last time I went at Mitsuwa's Market I bought this scrumptious chocolate cake which felt was heavenly in every bite. I just had to buy it again the next time i go there which happened last Monday. I was so excited after we ate our lunch because i just had to buy one at the market. The cake itself was a product of Japan and it really looks yummy but then if you look at the second photo closely half of it was gone. My favorite guy Ian, got hungry and he ate half of it when i got back from the bathroom there it was crying out my name. (hahaha!) Poor chocolate cake!!! So before i even start to eat it and i had to take photos of it. For me it sort of reminds me the taste of chocolate mousse of Red Ribbon back home (Philippines). It was that good!!! Can't wait to go back in Mitsuwa and buy it again! hehehe! Enjoy the weekend!

A few months had passed and I was supposed to watch the drama THE MAGICIANS OF LOVE but as predicted of me when i started it i got lazy and forgot about it. Just last week as I was looking for new movies to watch I came across it again and this time I cheated (yes i do cheat sometimes but not when it comes to love!!!), I started to watch it but I started like in the middle of it and so that's how I saw Sam Wang. I had a crush on him I guess it's because of his bad boy character, Richie and i just knew that his character belongs to the Xiao Bei but then i know that in the end she'll end up with Ya si. I don't know if I would finish it to the end or end it from where he finally let her go. Anyway above is Sam Wang's photo and he is cute!!! Enjoy the rest of the week!

I never thought i would see Joo Ji Hoon in a more mature character than being the Prince at Princess Hours. I liked his character though being young and brave to show his feelings for her. Especially the part he sings her a love song at the parking lot but then again it's a complicated situation. I think everyone did a great job with their characters esp Morae's bestfriend. I love how Morae's character grew from being an innocent woman to a more mature one. Enjoy the week ahead!!!!
