Easy Cornflake cookie

I was looking for a very simple recipe of making cookies and having in mind that I don't have enough ingredients at hand. When i found this recipe I immediately tried it and it was succesful. Peeps loved it. Still looking for new ways to add some ingredients to it.

I found out about this healthy snack from my cousin Mel. Since she was pregnant she needed a healthy snack and found this at an Asian supermarket. It consists of dried fruits and vegetables. It really is good for you.

Tiramisu

I saw this easy tiramisu recipe on TV and found it on the internet. I tried it and yes it was a success, Ian did liked it. I just might plan to do this recipe and bring it on a special occasion one of these days.

I also baked some muffcake as i call it. Pancakes that i turned it into muffin/cupcake recipe just added sugar and voila muffcake. I should had taken some photos but i forgot. That's for now peeps! Until next time....

BACK TO NORMAL maybe????

I missed updating my blog and i've been so into FB (facebook) lately playing games that i completely ignored my blog as well as my dramas. Once you get in you just get addicted to it besides the fact that I can't just stay in front of the computer all the time since Aiden would be trying to squeeze in with me and would mention "watch Thomas": "watch Cars" etc... etc... etc...

I just had to blog now that I have a few moments before Aiden wakes up. I miss the simplicity of blogging and not being watched or stalked by peeps that I wouldn't want them to see the other side of me. I guess I share just a few sides of me in my blog and a few in FB. I'm afraid that someone would read it and figure out who I am... It's a scary thought that a lot of peeps can abuse the power of blogs specially for the kids nowadays.

I'll be trying to post photos next time. It feels good to blog again. I promise i would do so and less FB for me hahaha!!!
